Vision Greens (visiongreens.ca) is a vertical farming organization based in Welland, dedicated to providing sustainable produce to Canadians. Our controlled-environment facility utilizes patented space technology to produce one million pounds of leafy greens annually, using 95% less land and water than traditional crop farms.
Our lettuce is sustainably grown, pesticide-free, long-lasting, and better tasting than other packaged lettuces, which is why it is renowned as the "World's Best Lettuce."
It is an exciting time to join Vision Greens as we rapidly expand our operations and increase our customer base, including some of Canada's largest retail and food service accounts, such as Loblaws and Sysco.

As the company undergoes expansion, this position will require the employee to work in two departments until full-time hours become available for the delivery role.
Delivery Truck Driver:
- Have a solid understanding of truck inspection and monitoring.
- Maintain records for the vehicle.
- Ensure DEF levels are monitored and refuel the truck at the end of deliveries.
- Safety shoes are required for this position.
- Provide transportation to and from work.
- Be available for early morning shifts.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or food/agriculture is considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High School or College Diploma
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to learn and follow processes quickly and effectively
- High Performance-orientation
- Not afraid to offer solutions to business challenges
- Min. requirements CVOR ( is a Must have)
- A-Z/D-Z license is an asset
