Job Summary
S.A Industries is a locally owned and operated automotive repair shop. We service passenger vehicles, trucks, and equipment for individual clients and businesses. We are currently recruiting an experienced Office Administrator to join our team!
Duties Include:
- Reception duties such as:
- Greet and direct onsite guests
- Answer phones and emails
- Book appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting room area.
- Process and file receipts, vendor bills, customer invoices, payments, and other related documents
- Ensure stock of office supplies
- Assist with general administrative duties
- Create reports using Google Sheets, ShopMonkey, and Quickbooks Online software
Experience & Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time well
- Education or equivalent experience in bookkeeping and/or office administration
- Experience using Google Sheets and Quickbooks Online software is an asset
