We're growing, and we're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to grow with us.
You'll own technical searches end-to-end for a portfolio of clients, which means everything from sourcing to the offer close and everything in between. You'll run sourcing strategies, build real relationships with candidates, and be the kind of recruiting partner that founders brag about to other founders.
Run full-cycle technical searches for startup clients across engineering, product, and technical leadership roles
Build creative sourcing strategies, the kind where you find people nobody else is finding
Manage client relationships with warmth and clarity
Deliver candidate experiences that make people want to work with us again, even if they don't get the job this time around
Experiment with new tools and AI workflows, and bring what you learn back to the team so we all get better
5+ years of technical recruitment experience, whether that's agency, in-house, or some mix of both
A real track record of hands-on sourcing, because you love the hunt and not just the coordination side of things
Startup experience, or at least deep curiosity about how early-stage companies hire and why it's different
Strong communication that's clear, thoughtful, and actually sounds like a human being
A growth mindset toward tools and tech, meaning you try new things, you learn from what didn't work, and you iterate
