Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly and professional service throughout the night shift.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and direct calls promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
- Monitor security cameras, conduct property inspections, and ensure safety protocols are upheld during overnight hours.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance their stay.
- Balance accounts, prepare nightly reports, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with hotel policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest or property concerns that arise during the night.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while adhering to hospitality standards and confidentiality protocols.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred, especially in front desk or night audit roles.
- Knowledge of guest services operations and hospitality industry standards.
- Ability to remain alert, attentive, and professional during overnight hours.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for balancing accounts and completing reports.
