**This is a fully in-person position based at our Toronto clinic.
The current schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, with occasional weekend coverage required. As clinic operations continue to expand, the role will gradually transition to include more regular weekend availability while maintaining full-time hours.

About the Role:
This role is ideal for a recent university graduate, senior undergraduate student, or early-career professional seeking meaningful hands-on experience within a fast-paced mental health clinic environment.
The Evening In-Clinic Care Team Support (CTS) team member plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day patient experience and clinic operations during afternoon, evening, and occasional weekend hours. This is a highly interactive, patient-facing role that requires professionalism, strong communication skills, maturity, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy healthcare setting.
This position offers valuable exposure to multidisciplinary healthcare operations, patient coordination, and mental health service delivery, making it particularly well suited for individuals considering future careers in psychology, healthcare, counselling, medicine, occupational therapy, social work, speech-language pathology, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Administration & Billing Support:
- Support the day-to-day flow of clinic operations during afternoon and evening hours
- Coordinate room usage, patient arrivals, and onsite administrative needs
- Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, payment processing, and administrative follow-up tasks to support the Billing function of our Care Team
- Support billing-related administrative processes and ensure accurate data entry within the clinic’s systems
- Maintain organization of clinic spaces, supplies, and operational workflows
- Collaborate closely with clinicians, leadership, and administrative team members to support a positive patient experience
- Assist with resolving real-time operational issues calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in patient-facing interactions
- Confident, polished, and comfortable communicating with patients, clinicians, and team members in a professional healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working fully in-person evening shifts
- Demonstrated maturity, accountability, and sound professional judgment
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, reception, hospitality, or patient support is an asset
- Experience in a medical, mental health, or allied healthcare setting is considered an asset but is not required
- A university degree or current post-secondary studies in psychology, social sciences, healthcare, or a related field is considered an asset.
