As a Branch Operations Specialist, you won’t just manage administrative tasks—you’ll be at the center of daily operations, supporting customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure everything runs efficiently and accurately. Your work directly impacts customer experience, service execution, and overall branch success.

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (phone, email, and walk-ins)

Process customer requests including quotes, orders, contracts, and service coordination

Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Enter and manage orders, rentals, and service requests in ERP/SAP systems

Coordinate technician schedules, equipment deliveries, and product pickups

Maintain and update customer contracts, renewals, and purchase orders

Resolve customer administrative issues and escalate when needed

Support inventory management and generate purchase orders

Prepare documentation and ensure all service and billing details are complete

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics) to meet customer needs
You’ll be based at the branch, supporting both front-office and operational workflows. From handling customer requests to coordinating service activities, your work ensures that projects stay on track, customers are supported, and operations run efficiently.

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus)

Experience in administrative, customer service, or operations roles

Strong communication and organization skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems independently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
