Carlino, a Michelin-recommended Italian restaurant in the downtown core focusing on the rustic cuisine of Friuli, is looking for a Breakfast Food Expeditor to join our close-knit team! This position is a set schedule; Wednesday-Monday 7am -3pm
Duties include:
- Organizing and prioritizing food orders during service
- Reading tickets and coordinating timing between kitchen stations
- Calling servers/runners to pick up food
- Ensuring tables receive all dishes together when possible
- Communicating with cooks about missing items, delays, or mistakes
- Keeping the pass/expo line clean and organized
- Monitoring ticket times and helping maintain fast service
