We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas in accordance with established standards.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and other high-traffic areas.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Skills
- Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
