About the Role:
As a Team Lead you’ll manage a team of Field Sales Agents across the greater Vancouver/Burnaby/Surrey area. In this capacity, you’ll be supporting the team on the ground as they go door-to-door, meeting with our potential clients and introducing them to our fantastic products. You’ll be responsible for team targets, while also sharing your experience and ability to lead by example as you help the whole team drive consistent results. You’ll be directly involved with supporting the Area Manager as they plan sales strategies and execute daily and weekly action plans to penetrate the market.

Do you have the keys to success?

Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales
-
Customer service-oriented with a passion for Teamwork, Collaboration, Adaptability and Initiative.

Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities, and develop effective solutions.

Ability to work in a cross functional team

Ability to perform with minimal supervision

Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and analytical skills

Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory

Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings and weekends

Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time in all weather conditions

Must hold a valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
