What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers navigate one of the most exciting purchases they'll make.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with customers and helping them find the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Building trust and creating an exceptional customer experience
- Demonstrating vehicles and conducting test drives
- Following up with leads through phone, text, email, and social media
- Managing customer relationships through our CRM system
- Learning product knowledge and continuously improving your sales skills
- Working with the team to deliver a smooth and professional buying experience
- Representing Victoria AutoBahn with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism
