Job responsibilities
- Lawn care (mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanups)
- Landscaping support (mulch, planting, garden beds)
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Work alongside the crew lead to complete jobs efficiently
- Care for tools and equipment
Requirements
- Qualified and experienced, with a passion for the industry
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Clear communication skills
- Able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from our Milton/Oakville sites.
- Valid G license
Assets
- Experience using commercial landscaping equipment
- Previous crew leadership experience
- Connected with other reliable, qualified workers who may be a good fit for future crew roles
