Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, self-motivated individual to join our team in a dual sales and service role. In this position, you will perform direct, door-to-door sales outreach to residential homeowners, offer quotes, and fulfill hands-on exterior property maintenance. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, perfect for someone who loves working outdoors, engaging with customers, and controlling their own income through performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Door-to-Door Sales & Prospecting: Conduct residential outreach in local neighborhoods (Niagara Region), presenting service options and providing on-the-spot quotes to homeowners.
- Service Execution: Perform hands-on exterior maintenance services efficiently and safely, including:
- Asphalt driveway sealing and minor crack repair
- Concrete surface sealing
- Residential window cleaning (interior and exterior)
- Customer Service: Walk homeowners through completed work to ensure high satisfaction, address questions, and process payments upon job completion.
- Equipment Care: Safely handle, clean, and maintain all tools, spray equipment, and company materials.

Pay: $132.00-$500.00 per day
