Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales transactions
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with precision and security
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Follow all cash handling procedures and security protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for transaction accuracy
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to work efficiently under time management constraints in a busy environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Pay: From $16.35 per hour
