Flip Flop Construction Inc. is a fast-growing general contractor established in 2020 and based in Winnipeg, MB. We do it all — framing, concrete, roofing, siding, decks, fences, renovations, landscaping, and exterior finishing — on residential and commercial projects across Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. Summary
We're hiring hard-working Construction Labourers to join our team. All experience levels welcome — if you show up, work hard, and want to learn the trade, we'll teach you the rest. This role keeps our projects moving and our standards high.
You must be willing to travel to Northern communities. We're based in Winnipeg and work across Winnipeg, surrounding areas, Red Lake, and Northern communities. Out-of-town work means you'll be away from home for stretches at a time — we cover ALL accommodations, and out-of-town work pays more. If you can't travel up north, this isn't the right fit — and that's okay.
Pay
- $18–$20/hour to start on local work
- $22/hour on out-of-town work
Responsibilities
- Support the crew on framing, concrete, roofing, siding, decks, fences, and renovations
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with concrete forming and finishing
- Site prep, material handling, and cleanup
- Follow all on-site safety protocols at all times
- Work with the team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
- Keep a clean, organized work site
Qualifications
- Hard-working and dependable — that's #1
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Construction experience is an asset, not a requirement
- Strong physical stamina and able to lift heavy materials
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
