This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products suited to their needs
- Provide knowledgeable product information and demonstrations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Answer customer questions in person, by phone, or via email with professionalism and courtesy
- Stay informed on product details and inventory
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience
- Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Able to write emails quickly and professionally to customers
- Must be able to speak clearly and effectively to customers
- Experience with social media management and content creation
