Production Team - General Labourer

Location: Bradford, Ontario
Job Type: Full-time Contract (with opportunity for permanent employment)
About Us
Ranger is a growing manufacturer of specialty heating and air conditioning equipment. We build custom HVAC products and low ambient solutions for customers across North America.
We are currently looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our production team.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble sheet metal cabinets and HVAC equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Cut, bend, and assemble copper tubing
- Insulate assembled equipment
- Perform basic quality inspections and testing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Help with various shop and production tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Manufacturing or HVAC experience is an asset, but not required
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:15 PM
