Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RECE Teacher or Assistant to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will support the development and well-being of young children, fostering a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, classroom experience, and a passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities. Bilingual abilities in English and Mandarin are highly valued to enhance our diverse classroom community. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's growth and learning.
What we are looking for:
- RECE certification, Montessori certification, or several years of experience in a childcare setting.
- Experience with toddlers and preschoolers. Infant experience is also welcomed.
- Warm, patient, reliable, positive attitude, and can work in a team with different personalities.
- Exercises good judgement and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Must have valid CPR and First Aid Level C certification.
- We will ask for police and medical clearance before starting employment.
