PAYS $19/hr + $7-10/hr additional pay in tips
Counter Attendant
We’re a neighbourhood pizzeria in Toronto’s West End serving traditional pies and slices made with quality ingredients. We’ve built a strong reputation as one of the city’s top pizzerias and take pride in serving great food and providing excellent customer service.
We’re looking for a friendly, organized team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A big part of the role is connecting with customers and helping keep service running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Taking and organizing orders in-person and online from online
- Using the POS system and adjusting online orders when needed
- Speaking with customers and entering orders accurately
- Cutting pizzas and organizing pickup orders
- Setting up the cash till before service
- Keeping tables, dining areas, and floors clean during service
- Checking the patio and nearby area for litter
- Helping with other tasks as needed
What we’re looking for
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized with good multitasking ability
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Team-oriented attitude
- Interest or experience in pizza/food service is an asset
Schedule
5 shifts per week
Evening and Weekend availability Required
