Competition Glass is looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our growing team!

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, the Commercial Project Manager is responsible for coordination of all assigned project details to ensure all projects operate on time and within budget. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the assigned projects and collaborates with team members, monitors and tracks progress, and ensures the project stays organized.
- Create and maintain up-to-date and accurate documents
- Review the overall project design and specifications
- Coordinate estimates for conformance with award documents
- Oversee and process client or contractor change requests and amendments
- Manage and direct production of all required submittal documentation and samples
- Issue and submit all documentation required for engineering design
- Manage all material purchasing for the project and assist with project close out packages
- Issue and manage all shop fabrication and production releases
- Provide monthly progress billing documents
- Other technical office support as required by the project team.
Key Competences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Demonstrated organization and project management skills
- Blueprint plan reading & specification review and application
- Product submittals
- Thermal and structural design knowledge in fenestration
- Commercial fenestration product knowledge
- Basic building envelope design knowledge
- Jobsite coordination
Qualifications
- Course certified AutoCAD with minimum 2 years of experience
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Excellent organization, written and communication skills
- Commercial glazing experience is preferred
Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
