Coastal Valley Cleaning Co. is growing, and we're looking for a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team in the Comox Valley.
This position will begin part-time (10-25+ hours per week) while training, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role if desired.

What You'll Be Doing
-Residential cleaning
-Commercial cleaning
-Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers
-Deep cleans
-Move-in and move-out cleans
-Travelling independently between client locations
-Maintaining Coastal Valley Cleaning Co.'s cleaning standards
-Building positive relationships with clients
-Delivering reliable, professional, and friendly customer service

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about providing an exceptional experience for clients.
The ideal candidate:
-Has professional cleaning experience (preferred but not required)
-Is eager to learn and willing to be trained in the Coastal Valley Cleaning Co. way of cleaning
-Has a valid BC Driver's License and reliable vehicle
-Values building positive, long-term relationships with clients
-Understands the importance of excellent customer service
-Communicates clearly, professionally, and proactively
-Is receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
-Takes initiative and works well independently
-Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality work

-Is dependable, trustworthy, and accountable
-Can effectively manage their time and schedule
-Is comfortable working independently for the majority of their shifts
-Is willing to occasionally work weekend shifts when needed
Physical Requirements:
This is an active and physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to:
-Lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
-Bend, kneel, squat, and reach repeatedly throughout the day
-Climb ladders safely
-Work in tight or confined spaces when required
-Be on their feet for extended periods of time
-Perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Criminal Record Check:
A criminal record check will be required. The cost will be reimbursed upon successful completion of the hiring process and employment with our company.
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
