We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and organized Licensed Sales Assistant to join our Toronto office. This role provides key administrative and client service support to Senior Management and Investment Advisors, ensuring efficient operations and an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide operational and administrative support to investment advisors, including processing client transactions and documentation in accordance with firm policies and regulatory standards.
· Manage day-to-day client inquiries and deliver prompt, professional customer service.
· Prepare and process account opening forms and related documentation accurately.
· Monitor daily account activity and handle various administrative tasks to support advisor productivity.
· Maintain accurate records, verify data from multiple sources, and ensure compliance with firm and industry standards.
· Coordinate correspondence, documentation, and client communications with a high level of attention to detail.
· Assist in identifying operational efficiencies and process improvement opportunities.
· Prepare and organize daily schedules, materials, and client information for advisors.
Qualifications
· Minimum two years of relevant administrative or client service experience, ideally within the financial or brokerage industry.
· Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH)
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Dataphile is an asset.
· Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
