Ideal Candidate Responsibilities:
- Provide professional esthetic services including facials, skincare treatments, nail care, waxing, lash and brow services.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, relaxing, and personalized experience for every client.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment benefits, and product usage to help them achieve their beauty and wellness goals.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are properly cleaned, disinfected, and prepared for each service.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and maintain accurate client records.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, products, and best practices in esthetics.
- Promote and recommend retail products that align with clients’ needs and treatment plans.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and calming environment while supporting team goals and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Valid Esthetician certification/license required.
- Previous experience in esthetics, spa, or salon services preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients look and feel their best.
