Pinnacle Property Services is a growing Vancouver-based cleaning company serving homeowners, property managers, and strata clients throughout Metro Vancouver.
We specialize in residential cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and property turnover services. We take pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician with a valid driver's license to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Perform residential cleaning services in homes and apartments
- Complete move-in, move-out, and deep cleaning projects
- Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Drive company vehicles between job sites
- Help maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Comfortable driving throughout Metro Vancouver
- Previous cleaning experience is required
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing repetitive cleaning tasks
Schedule
- Primarily Monday to Friday
- Morning start times
- Most shifts finish in the afternoon
- Additional hours may be required during busy periods
Compensation & Benefits
- $19.00–$21.00 per hour
