Duties

- Manage medication administration, including prescribing and monitoring treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Coordinate patient care with specialists, hospitals, home care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment continuity.
- Utilize electronic health record systems for accurate documentation, data collection, and medical record management.
- Perform procedures related to pain management, minor surgeries, or other clinical interventions as needed.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence to promote long-term wellness.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure with the applicable provincial College of Physicians and Surgeons.
