4Front Industrial Solutions is seeking reliable, hardworking General Labourers to join our team. This role involves supporting industrial, construction, and maintenance work across a variety of job sites, including OSB mills, sawmills, pulp mills, mines, construction sites, and other industrial facilities.
The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-minded, dependable, and willing to learn. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the trades, with potential apprenticeship opportunities available for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople, including welders, millwrights, fabricators, and other crew members
- Help with setup, cleanup, and breakdown of work areas
- Perform general labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, grinding, cleaning, prepping materials, and assisting with installations or repairs
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Follow all site-specific and company safety procedures
- Work in industrial environments such as mills, mines, construction sites, and manufacturing facilities
- Assist with basic maintenance, fabrication, and construction-related tasks as directed
- Report hazards, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions to supervisors
- Perform other duties as required to support project completion
Skills and Qualifications
- Physically able to perform manual labour throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in industrial environments
- Comfortable working in various conditions, including indoor and outdoor job sites
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, or industrial work environments is considered an asset
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, mills, mines, welding, or millwright work is an asset but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the trades

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
