Maidora is looking for a dependable Route Manager & Cleaning Technician to help deliver exceptional residential cleaning services throughout Calgary.
This is a hands-on field position combining professional residential cleaning with daily route coordination. You will travel between client homes, complete cleaning services, lead a small team when required, and ensure every appointment is completed efficiently and to Maidora's quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing
- Complete professional residential cleaning services in clients' homes.
- Manage your assigned daily cleaning route.
- Travel between scheduled appointments throughout Calgary.
- Work independently or with one or two other Cleaning Technicians.
- Help coordinate daily workflow to keep appointments on schedule.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding service requests.
- Perform final quality inspections before leaving each property.
- Assist with onboarding and coaching new Cleaning Technicians when needed.
- Use our scheduling software to review appointments, notes, and route details.
- Maintain Maidora's high standards of professionalism and customer care.
Experience Required
Applicants must have previous experience cleaning private residential homes.
Experience working for a residential cleaning or maid service company is strongly preferred.
Please note that experience limited to commercial cleaning, office cleaning, janitorial services, industrial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping will not be considered equivalent.
Qualifications
- Valid Canadian driver's licence.
- Reliable personal vehicle for travelling between client appointments.
- Clean driving record.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly and professional communication skills.
- Able to lift and carry professional cleaning equipment.
- Available Monday through Friday beginning around 9:00 a.m. until the scheduled route is complete.
