Inventory Control Manager – Lead Accuracy, Systems, and Team Excellence in Manufacturing
Synergie is recruiting for an Inventory Control Manager in the Electronic Manufacturing Sector in CONCORD, Ontario.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced Inventory Control Manager who thrives in a manufacturing environment. You will take ownership of the full inventory lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and system integrity while leading administrative and office operations. If you are detail-driven, solutions-focused, and confident guiding teams while staying close to the data, this role offers long-term stability and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle inventory control including cycle counts, tracking, and reconciliation
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement permanent corrective actions
- Manage ERP/MRP systems and maintain inventory accuracy across BOMs and UPNs
- Oversee office administration and coordinate daily operational activities
- Mentor and support administrative and inventory team members
The successful candidate brings:
- Bring 5+ years of hands-on inventory control experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrate 10+ years of office operations or administrative leadership experience
- Apply strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory reconciliation
- Use advanced Excel skills and practical accounting knowledge
- Show exceptional organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
