About the Position
We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class 3 Boom Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering building materials to residential and commercial job sites while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 3 boom truck and other company vehicles.
- Deliver building materials to customer locations and construction sites.
- Load, unload, and secure materials for transportation.
- Operate the boom crane to place materials at customer sites when required.
- Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation and safety regulations.
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers.
- Assist in the yard or warehouse as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Nova Scotia Class 3 Driver's Licence.
- Air Brake Endorsement (required).
- Clean Driver's Abstract.
- Previous boom truck experience is preferred.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of building materials is considered an asset.
- Ability to safely lift and handle building materials.
- Strong attention to safety and customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Wage will be dependent on candidate's experience.
