What You’ll Do
(Responsibilities assigned based on role, experience, and qualifications.)
Customer Experience & Sales
- Welcome clients and provide a premium, comfortable experience
- Help customers choose frames based on fit, comfort, lifestyle, and style
- Clearly explain lens options, coatings, and upgrades
- Process orders, warranties, follow-ups, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, organized, high-end showroom
Clinic & Administrative Support (Assistant Roles)
- Patient intake and appointment preparation
- Support clinic flow (recalls, confirmations, paperwork, coordination)
- Assist with in-store processes as trained
- Work under the supervision of Optometrists and Licensed Opticians
Optician / Student Optician
- Support dispensing workflow
- Take measurements, perform adjustments and minor repairs
- Conduct quality checks and provide after-care support
- Educate patients about their eyewear and lens options
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent patient satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Optical retail or clinic experience is an asset (training provided for the right candidate)
- Education in Opticianry or experience as an Optician is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with orders and follow-ups
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Licensed Opticians and Student Opticians are strongly encouraged to apply
