Territory Manager – Halton, Hamilton & Tri-Cities
Reporting to: Director of Sales & Marketing
We’re looking for a driven and motivated Territory Manager to join our team and lead growth across the Halton, Hamilton & Tri-Cities territory.
This role is ideal for someone currently working in the beverage alcohol industry (or a related field) who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
As a key member of our Sales team, you’ll act as an ambassador for our portfolio of brands across beer, wine, cider, RTDs, and non-alcoholic beverages, managing retail channels (LCBO & Grocery).
Compensation
Base Salary: $40,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$80,000+
Variable Compensation: Commission/bonus structure tied directly to sales performance.
This role is designed for high performers who want to significantly grow their earnings through results.
What You’ll Do
- Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly goals to deliver on quarterly sales targets
- Plan and execute efficient territory route plans and sales calls
- Grow distribution and volume across all brands within your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships across on-premise and retail accounts
- Use data tools (Last Call, internal ERP) to support fact-based selling strategies
- Execute in-market activations and promotions with accounts
- Partner with Inside Sales and Operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery
- Work with retail partners to optimize shelf presence, displays, and product rotation
What You’ll Bring
- Current experience in the beverage alcohol industry or a related field (preferred)
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales results
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Post-secondary education (preferred)
- Existing relationships within the territory considered an asset
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for client needs
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as required

Work Location: On the road
