Role Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Cruise Consultants and overall office activities. This position focuses on fostering a positive, high-performing team environment.

You will collaborate closely with leadership and central support teams to execute marketing initiatives, establish performance goals, and drive long-term revenue growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
● Support daily sales performance and activities of all Cruise Consultants
● Recruit, train, and mentor both new and existing team members
● Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals
● Contribute to revenue growth in a high-volume sales environment
● Support company-wide and local marketing initiatives
● Assist with supplier presentations and customer events, both virtual and in-person
Work Schedule
● Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
● Evenings and weekends as required for events and business needs
● Based out of the Sudbury office
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, passionate about travel, and willing to build relationships and inspire team success.
Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years of sales experience (travel industry experience considered an asset)
● Experience leading or mentoring a team
● Working in a high-paced environment
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities
● TICO Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain) is considered an asset
