Our client, a well-established civil construction company specializing in earthworks, underground utilities, and roadworks, is looking to add a Project Manager to their Kamloops-based team.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement for civil construction projects.
- Coordinate with site superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants to support daily operations.
- Help track project progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support project documentation, forecasting, and change order management.
- Attend and contribute to regular project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience in a project management or coordination role in civil construction.
- Familiarity with earthworks, underground utilities, or roadworks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with scheduling or project management software is an asset.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
