Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working on-site across multiple buildings, assisting with operational tasks including coordinating unit readiness, moving furniture and equipment when needed, and ensuring suites meet our quality standards for incoming guests. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, drive company vehicle and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily operational needs of short-term rental suites across multiple buildings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for guest arrivals.
- Move, rearrange, or set up furniture and household items as required to maintain suite standards.
- Transport small supplies, linens, and equipment between buildings as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of suites to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and presentation meet company standards.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to the operations team.
- Support guest readiness tasks such as key coordination, basic troubleshooting, and unit setup.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and unit status.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines when handling furniture and equipment.
- Provide general operational support as directed by management.
- Available on-call to attend emergency calls.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or operations is mandatory.
- Ability to travel between multiple buildings during the workday.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture and equipment when required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
Working Conditions:
- Frequent movement between properties/buildings.
- Physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving furniture or supplies.
- Combination of indoor property work and occasional outdoor commuting between locations.
Pay: $18.75-$19.00 per hour
