Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits to identify and engage potential customers in assigned territories
- Present product and service offerings clearly and persuasively to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer needs are met
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies and campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and objections professionally
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Generate leads through telemarketing efforts and business development activities
- Report daily activities, sales metrics, and customer feedback to management
Skills
- Strong negotiation abilities with proven success in B2B or direct sales environments
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in marketing, telemarketing, or technology sales preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data
- Technical sales experience is advantageous for explaining complex product features
- Inside sales experience is beneficial for understanding customer needs remotely as well as face-to-face interactions
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
- Business development expertise with a proactive approach to generating new leads and expanding territory
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to different customer scenarios
