Room Attendant Role: The moment a guest steps into our Guest Room, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Room Attendant, you’ll make sure Guest rooms and suites are always fresh and welcoming.
Responsibilities:
You are expected to perform all duties associated with the position of Room Attendant, including but not limited to:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms and suites in accordance with IHG brand standards and provincial health regulations
- Replenishing linens, amenities, and supplies
- Ensure Guest rooms are cleaned as per the IHG 5-S standard with the allocation of specific time for each room type,
- Ensuring all assigned areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
- Reporting maintenance deficiencies, safety hazards, or unusual conditions promptly
- Following all Company safety protocols, chemical‑handling procedures, and infection‑control requirements
- Maintaining housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in an organized and sanitary manner
- Communicating effectively with other departments to support seamless guest service
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management
· You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times and uphold the Company’s standards of service and conduct.
Pay: $18.10-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
Work Location: In person
