We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Independent Sales Representative to help grow our business in the windows, doors, and cabinetry industry.
This role is ideal for someone with existing relationships in the construction, renovation, builder, or contractor community who is looking for a flexible, performance-based opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and generate sales leads
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners
- Introduce clients to our products and services
- Coordinate project requirements and communicate with our team throughout the sales process
- Help expand our presence in the local market
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, renovation, windows & doors, cabinetry, or related industries
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Existing industry contacts are a significant asset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation:
- No base salary
- Attractive 5%-8% commission on closed sales
- Unlimited earning potential
- Flexible working schedule
