This role requires keen observation skills, Smart Serve Certification, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents, with a strong commitment carry out duties with style and a smile.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols.
- Ensure the safety and security of property through access control
- Respond promptly to the ongoing fast pased environment.
- Conduct consistent walk throughs of the premises
- Ensure guest aren't overly intoxicated while on premises.
- Maintain a positive, but firm work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in night life or Hospitality Industry
- Familiarity with small- medium crowds
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
