Position Overview:
We’re looking for a versatile Skilled Tradesperson to join our team. If you’re experienced in a range of trades—like drywalling, framing, painting, finishing, and general repairs—and enjoy variety in your day, this is a great fit. You’ll work on a mix of projects, sometimes independently and sometimes with our crew, always focusing on quality and keeping jobs running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Complete a variety of renovation and repair tasks (drywall, framing, painting, carpentry, finishing, etc.)
- Support flooring projects with prep and finishing work when needed
- Troubleshoot on-site and find practical solutions
- Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Manage time and tasks effectively to stay on schedule
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in multiple trades (renovation, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Own tools and dependable transportation
- Safety-conscious and physically capable of hands-on work
