Role Overview
As an Advanced Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN) at Halo Beauty Bar, you will provide neuromodulator, dermal filler, and other aesthetic treatments while maintaining strict adherence to:
- Alberta regulations
- CRNA standards
- IPAC requirements
- Medical Director protocols
This role is best suited to an advanced injector with 2+ years of experience, values precision, patient education, and long-term client relationships over high-volume treatment models.
You will work independently while collaborating closely with our leadership team and Medical Director to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform neuromodulator injections (Botox / Dysport)
- Perform dermal filler treatments and biostimulators
- Provide comprehensive facial assessment, treatment planning, and facial balancing
- Conduct thorough consultations with realistic outcome expectations
- Educate clients on pre-care, post-care, and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with CRNA standards
- Uphold all IPAC and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinic team
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic culture
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing (CRNA)
- Neuromodulators and Dermal Filler - Medical Aesthetics Injector Certification
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on injecting experience
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety
- Confidence managing complications and adverse events
- Commitment to natural, ethical, and patient-centered outcomes
- Warm, professional communication skills with strong client education
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to continued learning and professional growth
