Please note: Restoration is a 24/7 emergency service. This position includes overtime opportunities and participation in an on-call rotation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Water damage restoration (water extraction, structural drying, documentation, and equipment monitoring)
- Emergency response for flood, fire, sewer, storm, and other property damage claims
- Demolition and site preparation
- Small reconstruction (preferred but not required), including drywall repair, painting, trim installation, doors, and other finish work
- Preparing areas for asbestos abatement and other specialized restoration services
- Rotating on-call shifts for after-hours emergencies (additional compensation provided)
- Warehouse and shop duties as needed
- Working in a variety of residential, commercial, and strata environments
- Assisting with fire damage restoration and contents pack-outs when required
What You'll Need
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Bondable (able to provide a criminal record background check)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel-toed safety boots
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
- No prior restoration or construction experience required—we provide paid training and industry certifications
- Experience in restoration, construction, reconstruction, health and safety certifications, or your own basic hand tools are assets, but not required
