Job Description:
Bell (Dealer) is looking for a full-time Support Staff position at our Aurora corporate office. This position is responsible for providing support to the company’s clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to be detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, courteous, and timely service to clients and staff
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Invoice sales orders and ensure account credits are applied accurately.
- Follow up on pending sales orders as well as orders placed on hold due to special requirements, incomplete or incorrect information.
- Investigate and resolve pricing and credit discrepancies.
- Prepare and package Purolator shipments accordingly and receive daily shipments.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all co-workers, clients, and management
- Assist with daily administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Assist with other projects as needed
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office & Windows, required.
- Previous telecommunications experience preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
