Position Details
- Part-time: 4–15 hours per week (minimum 2-hours per shifts)
- Operating Hours: Tues–Fri, 3:30–7:00 PM | Sat, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Minimum commitment: 9 months
- Preference: Weekday afternoon availability
Responsibilities
- Guide students to develop strong writing and communication skills
- Deliver engaging, interactive lessons that inspire and motivate students
- Build positive connections with children in a supportive learning environment
- Ensure students’ work is complete, polished, and presented neatly and correctly
Qualifications
- Able to teach paragraph and essay writing as well as advanced literary writing techniques
- Experience working with children ages 3–12
- Native-level English fluency with clear pronunciation
- Excellent reading, writing, and communication abilities
- Energetic, dependable, and engaging personality
- Bonus: Knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, or Tagalog
- Detail-oriented and passionate about helping students succeed
