We are seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching individuals of all ages how to swim and ensuring water safety.
Duties
- Educate students on proper swimming techniques and water safety skills
- Plan and conduct swim lessons based on individual or group needs
- Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to help them improve their skills
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants
- Monitor and enforce pool rules and regulations
Skills
- Ability to educate individuals on swimming techniques
- Strong swim skills and knowledge of water safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to work with swimmers of all ages and skill levels
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
