```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at Giants head brewing. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our recipes and guidelines. Your role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality dishes that are both visually appealing and delicious.
```Duties```
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency in taste and appearance
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean up the kitchen before, during, and after each shift to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Monitor food stock levels and notify the supervisor of any shortages or equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
