PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
To support warehouse operations and delivery services by performing a combination of warehouse tasks and driving duties. This role is responsible for safely transporting goods to and from designated locations and assisting with the efficient handling and storage of products within the warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Driving Duties:
- Product Delivery: Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers and pick up shipments from suppliers. Ensure timely and accurate delivery according to scheduled routes.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, tires, lights, and brakes. Report any maintenance needs or issues to the supervisor.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, and other required paperwork. Obtain necessary signatures from customers and suppliers.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring goods are handled properly to prevent damage. Use equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, addressing any questions or concerns regarding deliveries. Communicate any delivery delays or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
Warehouse Duties:
- Comfortable working in freezer safety for periods at a time (-25C).
- Receiving & Inspection: Assist with receiving incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of products received, and inspecting for any damages or discrepancies.
- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack products for delivery or shipment, ensuring orders meet quality standards and are ready for transport.
- Product Storage: Safely store products in designated warehouse locations, maintaining an organized and accessible work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols. Report any equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Warehouse Organization: Help maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, ensuring aisles and work areas are clear of obstructions and hazards.
- Loading Assistance: Assist with loading products onto delivery vehicles, ensuring items are securely packed and balanced for safe transportation.
- Actively participate in the compliance related to Food Safety Management System.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
