Construction Coordinator
Company Overview Langier Real Estate Developments Ltd. is an integrated real estate firm in Edmonton, Alberta, actively engaged in real estate construction, property management, acquisition, leasing, and development in the Edmonton region, with over $425 million worth of development and transaction experience.
Langier Real Estate Developments currently oversees a diverse portfolio of retail, multifamily, townhouse, and single-family projects.
Position Summary We are looking for a Construction Coordinator to oversee project workflows for various properties in and around Edmonton. Projects include renovations, new construction, high-end newly built facilities, and matured residential buildings.
