Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high-quality food service and maintaining food safety standards. Duties
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients for various breakfast dishes
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or needs
- Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy breakfast hours
Experience
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred, especially within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food handling regulations is essential
- Experience with meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service principles will be advantageous
- Previous experience working with breakfast or brunch menus is a plus

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
