James Braden Ford has an immediate opening for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience by serving as the primary point of contact between our customers and our Service Department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and accurately identifying their vehicle service and repair needs.
- Explaining recommended maintenance and repairs in a clear, professional manner.
- Preparing accurate labour and parts estimates.
- Scheduling service appointments.
- Communicating repair progress and timelines.
- Working closely with technicians to understand vehicle concerns and recommendations.
- Building long-term customer relationships through outstanding service.
- Helping achieve departmental labour sales, customer satisfaction and retention goals.
- Ensuring all repair orders and documentation are completed accurately.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum 2 years of dealership Service Advisor experience.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to explain technical information in customer-friendly language.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- A valid Ontario G2 or G driver's licence.
- The ability to provide a clean Driver's Abstract and Criminal Record Check.

Compensation
Expected annual earnings: $60,000–$100,000, based on experience, performance and bonus opportunities.
Schedule
- Full-time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays as required seasonally
