What You'll Do
Every day is different, but your impact is always the same—helping create an exceptional patient experience.
You'll:
- Welcome every patient with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Answer incoming calls with confidence while providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and keep our busy clinics running smoothly.
- Guide patients through the check-in and check-out process.
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient information.
- Collaborate closely with our physicians, nurses, and clinic teams to ensure appointments stay on schedule.
- Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Build lasting relationships by making every patient feel valued and cared for.

Experience
Experience in reception, hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, medical clinics, dental offices, spas, salons, or customer service is considered an asset—but it isn't everything.
We can teach our systems.

Availability
This is a full-time, in-person position.
Applicants must:
- Be available to work a variety of shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and up to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
- Be comfortable travelling between our Richmond Hill and Toronto clinics as business needs require.
