Position Summary
Spray Foam Applicator Lead Hand
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with job site setup, masking, ventilation, and material staging
- Help move hoses, equipment, and materials
- Support the applicator to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Clean and maintain tools and work areas
- Learn spray foam equipment operation and installation techniques
Qualifications
- Construction or labour experience is an asset
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
